CAHPS Hospice Survey XML File Specification Version 12.0

The XML File Specification Version 12.0 (V12.0) must be used beginning with the August 2026 data submission containing CAHPS Hospice Survey results for Quarter 1 2026 (patients that pass away in January, February, March 2026).
