    CAHPS Hospice Survey XML File Specification Version 9.0

    The XML File Specification Version 9.0 (V9.0) must be used beginning with the August 9, 2023 data submission containing CAHPS Hospice Survey results for Quarter 1 2023 decedents (patients that pass away in January, February, and March 2023).

    CAHPS Hospice Survey XML File Specification Version 10.0

    The XML File Specification Version 10.0 (V10.0) must be used beginning with the August 14, 2024 data submission containing CAHPS Hospice Survey results for Quarter 1 2024 decedents (patients that pass away in January, February, and March 2024).
