CAHPS Hospice Survey XML File Specification Version 10.0

The XML File Specification Version 10.0 (V10.0) must be used beginning with the August 14, 2024 data submission containing CAHPS Hospice Survey results for Quarter 1 2024 decedents (patients that pass away in January, February, and March 2024). These specifications will be used through Q1 2025 decedents (patients that pass away in January, February, and March 2025).

CAHPS Hospice Survey XML File Specification Version 11.0

The XML File Specification Version 11.0 (V11.0) must be used beginning with the November 12, 2025 data submission containing CAHPS Hospice Survey results for Quarter 2 2025 decedents (patients that pass away in March, April, and May 2025).
